Dr. Anand is a board-certified Allergy and Immunology specialist based in Arizona. She graduated from George Washington University School of Medicine in 1998 and completed her internal medicine training at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale and her fellowship National Jewish Medical Center in Denver. Returning to Arizona in 2003, she joined her father’s allergy practice in the Phoenix area, now part of Aspire Allergy and Sinus since 2021. As past president of both the Maricopa County Medical Society and the Arizona Medical Association, she has also been active in advocating for physicians and patients. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with friends.

I have been a PA for 6 years now. I attended Lincoln Memorial University-DCOM for graduate school and graduated 8/2019 w/high honors. I currently reside in FL where I work at the Winter Park and Sanford, FL, clinics and live w/my husband and 4 pets.

Keri Holyoak, PA-C, MPH Physician Assistant at the Dermatology Center of Salt Lake City. She holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Master of Public Health, both from George Washington University. With over 20 years of experience specializing in dermatology, Keri is passionate about medical dermatology and mentoring the next generation of providers. She serves as Senior Editor of the Journal of Dermatology for NPs and PAs (JDNPPA) and is a past president of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). Since 2012, she has played a key role in shaping national dermatology education for PAs through conference planning and curriculum development at SDPA and Elevate-Derm. Outside of her professional life, Keri enjoys exploring the world with her husband—her best friend—and their three curious children, always seeking out the roads less traveled.

Dr. Kosmach (soon to be Dr. Slocum) is a board certified pediatrician and practiced as a general pediatrician for a few years during her time in the United States Navy. She completed Pediatric Allergy Fellowship at National Jewish in Denver, CO, and now has been practicing with Aspire Allergy & Sinus in the Colorado market since August 2024. Her research focus is on severe refractory anaphylaxis to food, and has a passion for food allergy.

Jonathan Rodrigues is a medical director in dermatology and allergy, with a special focus on Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria at Novartis Pharmaceuticals. He is a board-certified internist, pediatrician and allergist-immunologist. He completed his residency and fellowship training at Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO. He was previously serving as the Chief of Allergy, ENT and Medical Ethics at Sanford Health in Bismarck, North Dakota. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and has served on various committees at these organizations. He has authored many nationally and internationally cited publications and has been an invited speaker at several national and international congresses.

Brian Schroer, MD is on staff in the Center for Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital.
